Access CNE Knowledge Base

To Access the Knowledge Base

  1. Your Spector CNE serial number is required in order to access the Knowledge Base.

    1. Connect to the Internet

    2. Access the Knowledge Base Web page by clicking http://www.spectorsoft.com/support/knowledgebase.asp?theproduct=6

    3. In the white text box on the page, enter your Spector CNE Serial Number.

    4. Once you have accessed the Knowledge Base, navigate to the information you are seeking via the topic folders on the left of the page or use the Search features found on the right side of the page
