An email attachment can be accessed when the email is opened from the Viewer according to the following:
Supported Email Attachments - Client will record email file attachments for e-mail sent and received using POP/SMTP e-mail clients (i.e. MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Incredimail, etc.) and Microsoft Exchange using MS Outlook.
Non-Supported E-mail - Client will NOT record email file attachments sent or received through AOL or Web mail.
Viewer - Any file attachments recorded with the email, it will be indicated in the Viewer with an flag as Spector CNE adds an message about the email recording.
Size Limit - If an attachment exceeds the size limit, it will not be recorded. The Viewer will show a flag and display the INFO message - Attachment(s) exceeded size limit - not recorded.
