Viewer
Review recorded snapshots from the Screen Snapshots tab. Screen snapshots are available both under Internet Activity and Computer Activity. The Viewer loads all snapshots in the date range you have selected for viewing data.

The Snapshots view provides its own Playback menu and a toolbar with "play" buttons. Instead of a Jump to button it provides instant access to snapshots of Internet sites visited or occasions when Keywords were detected (by Keyword Alert Settings).
The Screen Snapshots view has a toolbar of buttons and navigation functions. You can browse through the snapshots, play them sequentially like a slide show, or jump directly to a Web site visited or Keyword Alert event.

First - Go to the first snapshot in the date range.
Back - Back up to the previous snapshot sequentially in the date range.
Play
- (Green button) Start playing the snapshots sequentially from the current
position. When snapshots are playing, Back and Next become Slow and Fast,
and the Play button becomes a Stop button.

Slow - Slow down the speed at which snapshots are played.
Stop - (Red button) Stop playing at the current snapshot.
Fast - Speed up the rate at which snapshots are displayed.
Next - Go forward to the next snapshot sequentially in the date range.
Last - Jump to the last snapshot in the date range.
Full
Screen - Expand the Screen snapshot to fill the computer screen
beyond the Viewer window. A floating toolbar window appears offering the
"play" controls, slider, and status bar so that you have complete
navigation control in Full Screen mode. Click the Exit
Full Screen button to return to the previous window view.

Fit
to View - Shrink the snapshot so that the entire screen snapshot
fits within the current size of the Viewer window.
The snapshot will be "stretched' or "squished" to
fit.
Full Screen snapshot Fit into the Viewer Window

Full Size - Appears when Fit to View has been selected. Click to return to the normal full size view of the Screen snapshot.
Refresh - Set a new date range, if desired, and refresh the Viewer with a new set of Screen snapshots.
Delete All - Prompts for confirmation. Deletes all snapshots shown in the Viewer.
Internet - Provides a drop-down list of all Internet sites visited in this date range for which there is a snapshot view. Select a date and URL to view the Screen snapshot.
Keywords - Provides a drop-down list of all keywords detected in events for which there is a snapshot. Select a date and keyword to view the Screen snapshot.
Slider
- Drag this slider to position the view of snapshots anywhere in the time
period. Drag toward the left for earlier dates and toward the right for
later dates. A date indicator tells you when the snapshot at this position
was taken.

The status bar at the bottom of the window provides:

The date range of the snapshot sequence
Whether the snapshot is Tagged; if the second status field is blank, the snapshot is not tagged
Sequence number of the currently displayed snapshot
Computer name where the snapshot was taken
Program being used when the snapshot was taken
Date and time of the snapshot being displayed
The Viewer Edit menu provides an option to "tag" a snapshot or series of snapshots. Use tags to mark snapshots for saving or deleting.
