Tagging or Marking Snapshots

To Tag a Snapshot

1. Go to the Snapshot to Tag.

2. Click Tag/UnTag or press the Space bar.
   The status bar displays Tagged.

To UnTag a snapshot:

1. Click Tag/UnTag or press the Space bar.  
   The Tagged status bar is not displayed.

To view ONLY Tagged snapshots

1. From the Menu bar, click on View.

2. Click on Tagged.

3. Click Show Tagged Snapshots.

To Delete Tagged Snapshots (two options)

• Use the Delete Tagged Button

1. Click Delete Tagged.
   A system message is displayed if you are sure you want to delete all tagged items. It also displays the number of tagged snapshots to be deleted.

2. Click Yes to delete.

• From the File menu, use Delete All Tagged

1. From the Menu bar, click on Edit command.

2. Choose Delete ALL Tagged.
   A system message is displayed if you are sure you want to delete all tagged items. It also displays the number of tagged snapshots to be deleted.

3. Click Yes to delete.
