Configure Computers
Set up a blocking schedule and specify users to block on the Block When panel of the Deployment Utility or Client Settings. When blocking is on, by default the Client applies all of your Internet blocking settings all of the time, for all users. If this is what you want, do not select options on this panel. As soon as you select the first option on this panel, you can specify a blocking schedule.

Your settings show blocked times in red and unblocked times in green.
Only block during the following times - Check this option to limit Internet blocking to periods of a day and days of the week. Clear this option to use Internet Blocking all the time (and disable scheduling).
Add
- Click the Add button after enabling
the above option to display the Block Period box. Select a Day and Time
to Start Blocking and a Day and Time to Stop Blocking. Click OK
to add the period to the schedule.
Delete - Select a blocking period and click Delete to remove a time period from the Internet Blocking schedule.
Select particular users to receive Internet Blocking. If you are applying configuration changes to a specific computer, you may want blocking applied to particular users, not to everyone who uses the computer.
Only block the following Windows users - Check this option if you want to specify users to block. Clear this option to apply Internet Blocking settings to all users of the computer. If you check this option but do not specify any users, the assumption is you want to block ALL users.
Add - Click the Add button after enabling the above option to display the New User box. Enter a user name (as recognized for login on the network) and click OK to add the user to the list of users to block. If you don't enter specific user names, all users of the computer will be denied Internet access during the times specified earlier.
Delete - Select a user and click Delete to remove the user from the list of users to block.
