Configure Computers

The Client captures all keystrokes typed in all programs. You can turn off this type of recording or capture non-western characters in the Keystrokes panel of the Deployment Utility or Client Settings.   

Options

• Capture Keystroke Activity
  Check this option to enable recording of all keystrokes. Clear the checkbox to omit keystroke recording.  

• Scan keystrokes for keywords
  Check to scan all keystrokes typed and send a Keyword Alert  when a match is detected.  Clear to omit keystroke recordings from Keyword Alert detection.

• Capture Characters
  Check to capture characters from languages that require more than one keystroke, such as Japanese, Hebrew, Chinese, or Russian. When this option is selected, the keystrokes can be displayed in the proper, readable character format. See Keystrokes vs Characters. Clear this checkbox if you will not need to record special characters.
