Software Delivery

All customers will receive an email with instructions for downloading and installing the software.

Backup CDs will be shipped the same day for orders received by 3 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day.

All US and Canada orders are shipped regular US Mail from our Florida office. Delivery time varies from 2-7 days (excluding Sundays and holidays) depending on your location.

Overnight orders are shipped US Postal Service Express Mail, and will arrive the next business day except for a few rural areas not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.

Orders destined for APO and FPO addresses will be shipped regular US Mail. Delivery can take up to two weeks depending on your location.

The US Postal Service does deliver on Saturday, but you may request Saturday delivery via UPS from a Spectorsoft sales representative. Additional charges will apply.

US Postal Service Global Priority is used for expedited shipping to other countries, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
