Software Delivery

All orders placed will be sent an email that will allow for the immediate download and install of your software purchase.

If you are also purchasing a CD to be shipped to you, the software CD and CD jacket with instructions are shipped in a 4”x6” plain brown envelope. Orders that are received by 3:00 pm eastern time Mon-Fri. will be shipped the same day.

Standard shipping in the U.S. and Canada is by US Mail from our offices in Florida. Delivery time is from 2-7 days depending on your location. This does not include Sundays and Holidays.

Monday thru Thursday Overnight shipping in the U.S. is by Federal Express for orders received before 3:00 pm eastern time. All orders will arrive the next day except for a few rural areas not guaranteed by Federal Express.

Friday Overnight shipping in the U.S. is by Federal Express and will NOT be received until Monday

Saturday and Sunday Overnight shipping in the U.S. will be shipped by Federal Express on Monday. All orders will arrive Tuesday except for a few rural areas not guaranteed by Federal Express.

All Overnight shipping orders to a P.O. Box will be sent by U.S. Mail "Express Mail" service.

Priority shipping to Canada is by U.S. Mail “Global Priority”. Orders taken before 3 pm eastern time will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 2-3 days. Orders taken Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
