SpectorSoft has a very generous support policy, which provides for up to 2 support incidents within the first 60 days of purchase, for which there is No Charge.

For support beyond 60 days, or for more than 2 support incidents, there is a nominal support fee of $29.95. Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone by calling   (772) 770-5670.
